Once each month every account is inspected and rated by the Quality Control Manager. The building manager or designated client personnel is encouraged to be present. If the pre-established standard is not met, we will correct any deficiencies within 48 hours. These methods provide us with a concise means of establishing and maintaining housekeeping requirements for your facilities and are fundamental to the implementation of a quality service.
MBM feels one of the key factors to its success stems from on-the-job supervision. Therefore, to maintain your facility, a professionally trained supervisor is accountable and on-hand for our night staff. MBM utilizes Department of Justice Live Scan screening procedures.
Meridian Building Maintenance believes in using the most efficient equipment and the highest quality chemicals available. On occasion, a client will request that we use a specific product or provide a list of products to be used. MBM is happy to respond to these requests.
